Do you think you’re brushing your teeth correctly?

Only the right combination of toothbrushing and interdental care can provide truly thorough cleaning.

First, clean between your teeth using an interdental brush or dental floss. This helps remove food particles and dental plaque from areas that a regular toothbrush cannot reach.

Then thoroughly brush your teeth with a soft-bristled toothbrush and toothpaste. Brush all tooth surfaces using gentle movements for at least two minutes.

If you have braces, implants or other hard-to-reach areas, also include a single-tuft toothbrush in your routine. Thanks to its small head, it can reach places that a regular toothbrush cannot.

Regularly combining toothbrushing with interdental cleaning allows you to remove plaque more thoroughly and helps reduce the risk of tooth decay and gum problems. Choose SOFTdent® toothbrushes, interdental products and other oral care products to help you create a complete daily oral hygiene routine.
